Last night at the School Board meeting, LTA Bargaining Chair Polo Marquez presented the School Board and Superintendent Taylor with LTA’s sunshine proposals.  LTA will open and present contract language on the following Articles at the first bargaining session on Tuesday, April 1st:

• Article 3: Association Rights
• Article 6: Compensation & Benefits
• Article 7: Work Year & Hours Of Employment
• Article 9: Class Size
• Article 10: Leave Provisions
• Article 12: Safety Conditions
• Article 18: School Leadership
