Lennox teachers have done it again.  Just in time for the end of the school year, the Lennox teachers have agreed to financial concessions, including temporary salary cuts and furlough days, in exchange for locking in smaller class sizes and saving the jobs of our colleagues for one more year.  Negotiations will continue on Thursday, June 28 about changes to contract language to ease teachers’ workload given our financial sacrifice, as well as what to do in the governor’s tax initiative doesn’t pass in November.
