If you were interested in going to the Region 3 Leadership Conference, January 20-22, 2012 at the Westin Couth Coast Plaza, you should have received information and a confirmation already at your 1st Class email address. If you wanted to go, and did not get anything yet, please email me right away. There were a couple of people who expressed interest, but weren’t sure about the details financially. Since you will be going on your weekend time and this is an LTA/CTA training / event, LTA is picking up the bill for the entire thing- registration, food, hotel. Your spouse or significant other is also welcome to stay at the hotel with you. We will buy them a pass for meals as well, and they are wlecome to come to dinner with us Saturday Evening. If you wanted to go but were on the fence, please let me know ASAP and I will register you ASAP. Thanks and see you soon!

Here is the information:

Region 3 Leadership Conference, beginning Friday January 20, 2012 and ending Sunday January 22, 2012.

• You will be staying at the Westin South Coast Plaza, 686 Anton Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. If you are married and or I knew that you might have a significant other / spouse coming along with you, I registered them for meals, but not the conference. I do not know those details for everyone. So if your spouse / s.o. will be coming with you OR NOT, could you please let me know that, either way? That way I can make sure that we cover their food expenses as well as your own. Of course we want you and them to enjoy the weekend as much as possible.

• The registration expense for the conference, the hotel and your meals (and your spouse’s/ s.o’s) are being covered by LTA. All you need to do is show up and check in.
